Over a Year ago i got a secured capital One card. At the 11 month mark i recieved an email informing me my card has become unsecured and my deposit was refunded. Yay for me. At the 12 month mark i requested a CLI since im now unsecured and my last increase was from credit steps at the 6 month mark. I was denied due to card recently being unsecured. it now been over 2 months since i ve been unsecured how long does it take to get the CLI after becoming unsecured. technically its been 8 months since last increase.
