FYI--

I called this number to recon:

Comenity: 800-303-1368

And they did increase my limit on the one card I asked for.  It only went from 250 to 400, but it's better than nothing!

Hope this helps!

Their ears must have been ringing because I decided to give it another go, and was approved for $3000 CLI!

Starting Score: EQ 657 TU 627 EX 650 12/2014
Current Score: EQ 747 TU 748 EX 738 3/2017

I tried that number and was told they would have to put in a request to the credit department and I will get a letter in 7-10 days. I believe the number has changed.

Geez, that sucks! The letter said my score was 520, and my score today is 671. Ugh, I was afraid of that.

They use an internal scoring system, I think it goes to 999 and they denied me with something like a 982 once.  You can try to call, but your time would really be better spent watching paint dry, plucking eyebrows, arguing with a dog.....you get the point.  There's no empowerment to make any decisions and they will say "you need to spend more, you only used it X number of times.....".  Comenity cards seem to have some internal mechanism that permits CLI after a certain amount of time.  Some cards are immediate like J Crew and Total Rewards.  Others make you wait 9 months, like Express.
