A repayment-type program (i.e. charging privileges restricted, account still active). That type of program.

Total
Uhhhh OP - you may want to brush up on the latest information and UW policy regarding Freedom, Slate and CSP as far as the total new accounts that Irish is referencing above.

Chase changed their policy..have you been reading the forums? The policy only applies to their own cards..freedom, slate, and CSP. Not co-branded cards.

With all due respect, I got my IHG, Slate, AARP & United in the past 4-5 months with roughly 20-25 new cards in the past 7+ months. I was declined for Amazon but, that may heve been due to applying for 3 within a few weeks.
Once I finally "broke through" it seems Chase is giving me any card. Interestingly, none were "instant" but, while pending appeared in my online account within hours of apping.
If you feel *ballsy* then apply and test the waters with Chase! That decision is up to you.

TJHallow and FinStar covered it. Whole new ballgame with Chase for their non cobranded cards.
Duhhh, OK, now I get it! I must have "slid under the wire" when I got Slate back in March. Well, at least my Slate is now over $10k

Yup, best way to look at it. New policy didn't start until sometime in May
