Respond now from Chase

I have a Chase Amazon Card and was browsing CC in the app when I came across the freedom flex card with respond now underneath the card. All others said learn more. I'm 5/24 and was wondering if this meant anything.

They would still HP before approval and you have to pass all the criteria!

Unless green Green Star Chase.png or black star Black PREQUALIFIED.png ..

I would say it is just marketing!
