I kind of really knew it wasn't going to happen, no CLI for me. I just got a CLI from Synchrony about a month ago via CS. I tried the luv button for poop and giggles and it got denied. The original CLI request was for $10K and they countered with $7K. I asked for $10K again. Oh well. So if less than 30 days ago, I wouldn't try again.

I had $6k limit on Amazon and buy a lot off of Amazon.
I make 2-4 payments each month before statements hits.
I had a $6k limit and asked for $12k and got $10k instantly.
Never had any luck with online CLI before, always used the backdoor number before.
