Put something in your cart. Make sure you don't have pop-up blocker on. If you can get it try in incognito mode. Some will pop-up pretty easily. I think Victoria Secret is the easiest. Go to that site put something in your cart. Hit check out button and it should pop up.

+1
Also make sure you're entering your address exactly as it's standardized by the USPS. In my case, 'Highway' is all spelled out, not "HWY".
You can check the USPS ZIP code tool here to see how your address should be entered (click 'Find by Address').
2 of the cards I got the SCT on gave me the 7-10 day response. I got a letter in the mail for one of them and it said I needed to call to verify some information, and I have 14 days to do it. If I let the 14 days pass, does that just cancel my app? I really don't need this particular card anymore, so it would kind of be a blessing in disguise if I can just let those 14 days pass. Unless the card would actually help my overall credit profile (the SL is $350, at least that was what showed before clicking 'apply'). But I know that I won't be using it, so I doubt I'll get any CLI's on it.
