SCT noob questions

I've gotten three and have always registered.  It took me leaving stuff in my cart for about a week and going in every day and pretending to check out before I got them.  Two of them requested my full SSN, but the last was only the last 4 digits.  All were SPs from Comenity as I never saw a HP on my report.  Personally, I think that's the only way to get the "pop-up" because how else would they know who you were to offer you credit without your address, email, phone number, something.  Just my experience.

Thanks for the reply.  Right  now im 96% positive that my FA on my CRs is stopping the sct popup.  Being that I do not feel comfortable lifting my FAs, Im gonna have to just

try the SCT trick 6 months from now.  My baddies really start falling off starting in Sept so ive decided to sit in the corner of the garden and drink my margaritias and watch my scores grow. But everytime i read about  someone getting a new sct approval, my mouse finger begins to twitch
