Heavenly: Yes, you can go into a branch and have them fax your information without any relationship with Chase. I was mentioning about if you have a relationship then they could use a program called IVault to upload your information and expedite it much quicker. Ohk. folks. My absence turned this post into a little chaos here. 
BTW, thanks for the suggestions everyone.
Here is my situation right now.
I'm new here in Tennessee and as per the valid address verification docs (such as DL, Utility bill, Lease aggrement), I only have Lease doc. I have DL which is based of Arizona, and I'm yet to receive Utility bill 
it is not yet one month here. I enquired with Utility services and bill will be online on 28th of this month. I know it is long shot. I can't wait.
So, only option left is my Lease document. But we have one more catch here, my Lease doc doesn't have my full name mentioned. 
Stupid receptonist took off my big first name and trimmed it into short name as it is not fitting on paper. 
OMG!!! But it still me with short name. I donno if this works. I'm trying to talk to lease manager to change the lease doc manually with pen and have him initialed next to wherever changes are made.
Do they accept any other forms of docs as Address proof.? I have my internet services bill. It is Comcast.

Is there any Chase branch near you? I'd take the DL of Arizona and the lease in to the branch and talk to a manager /personal banker so that they can verify and call the lending department while you are there...
If you don't let have a Chase branch close to you, let me know and we will resort to PLAN B-

I'm staying here in rural area. I want to approach bank directly and convince them dude, but out of luck. I'm out of plan-A man. We don't have much banks here. We only have one, bank Bank Of America.

Plan B-
Call on Monday as the verification department is not open on the weekend. Explain you just moved and want to know the appropriate documents for verification. Explain to them what you told me above and they will tell you whether to send something else in instead of a utility bill..
Also, ask if you can fax it in although some people prefer to mail it in. Faxing it in will enable them to review it quicker.. If you want to send a fax, make sure it is very clear when faxing it over..
Post their suggestion as to the what they need when you call..
