I got it to trigger with about $175 in the shopping cart. I did not accept the card.
My SPG Visa is the best card I ever had from Comenity.
Never any issue with purchases. Only con is I feel obligated to pay the yearly fee to remain a VIP with free shipping. It's about $70. My $70 goes towards every other VIP getting free shipping all year while making lots of purchases. I hook them up for hooking me up.
Total Rewards is outta here after my payment on the 1st clears. SPG will be my only remaining Comenity card.
Congrats, OP! Wait, do pre-approvals count as approvals on here if you dont take them? lol (EDIT: Nevermind, joke ruined now, lol)
I'm also curious why you took the other SCT card over SPG? You dont have to answer if you dont want to, but I thought I'd ask anyhow.
CreditContractor, SPG was the best SCT card I got as well. Heck, it's currently higher than my Barclay card.
EDIT: i dont want to change my post number, and am only editing old posts. I really will miss posting withyou crazy SOBs!!!contact me via PM if youd like. Congrats to the OP!
I like the card and the free shipping is great as ammo can cost $$$ to ship by weight alone. The card is easy to use and pay.
@ Blackswizz750, i think every card is easy to use and pay, how hard is that.
Mine started out at $3,250. I get $1,000 CLI every 4 months plus one day. It is now up to $8,250. In 8 months it will be over $10,000. I owe nothing on the card for August and a little over $100 the next month PIF.
Mine is a versatile card but mainly used because the statement cuts in the first week of the month. I can begin using it and not owe the PIF until 50 days later.
My Citi DC cuts at the same time but if tragedy ever happens I would rather Comenity hate me than Citi.
