Are you looking for tips on getting the shopping cart trick to work or just getting credit cards in general? If it is for the shopping cart, I can tell you that my score is about what yours is (624 TU, 610 EQ, 598 EX) and I have been able to get the SCT to work for 8 different stores (I only accepted 1 - Victoria's Secret) but it did take using different addresses and, in one case, using my middle name instead of my first. If you can't get it to work, I would look at your CRs and try all of the addresses they have listed for you. I know a lot of people have had trouble with different browsers but I have the same luck no matter which one I am using (Firefox, Chrome or Safari).

Thanks for the advice guys. My last "baddie" was in 2011..but it is just trying to get my score up..I haven't had anything negative since then but the only positive that I have had is the fingerhut the past 2 years. This is why I want to add any and all cards right now and then let the accounts "age" together so to speak.. I have tried time and time again and so far no luck other than with those 3...

I got Pre-approval pop-up on the following cards: Sportsmanguide Visa , Overstock ,GameStop Card, Venus.

I got pre-approval for Simply Be Card at the checkout. I only got approved for $200.

I got pre-approval for Moto Credit Account at the checkout. I got approved for $5K. You need to put more expensive phone Nexus 6 to work.

Wow. I didn't even know that Motorola offered a Comenity credit plan and I am desperate need of a new phone. So... did you guys just do the same thing we all do - put phone in cart, begin check out and then get a pop-up?

Yes!  Very easy to do.  I put one of the phones into my shopping cart.
