Hello Everyone!

Super excited for the SCT I never knew about. So within the past three days, here are my results:

Approved after pre-approval pop-up:

Pottery Barn: 3500
Overstock: 7000
J. Crew: 1450
Brylane Home: 500
Lenovo: 5500

All of my approvals, I checked out as a guest. Most gave me the option to make an account login with the them after checkout. Also important to note, on most pre-approvals, I added at least 1000 to the cart first (except overstock). For overstock, I used auto fill & it popped up literally within a second. For Lenovo, I added over 10k to the cart first. For J. Crew, I only added about $100 with a belt and a wallet. Wish I would have added more to the J. Crew cart for a possible higher SL with them.

Stores that I couldn't get the pre-approval pop-up & I tried:

Express
Victoria's Secret (tried several times & different browsers to no luck)
Bath & Body Works (also tried several times & got nothing)
Crate & Barrel
Sportsmans Guide (whatever it's called lol)
Buckle (really wanted this one too since they have nice stuff!)
King Size Direct (nothing would fit me here anyways)
Avenue
Ashley Stewart

Ann Taylor

Barnes & Noble

Gamestop

Eddie Bauer

Abercrombie

HSN

QVC

Will probably try Orchard Supply Hardware later since there's one in my area I can shop at.

I already made a small online purchase with all cards except Pottery Barn. Once my cards arrive, I'm planning on requesting a CLI, at least with Overstock, since I've heard they're generous with CLI.

Just wanted to share my results to possibly help others.

I AAOA has taken a huge dive, but I will be gardening for now! Already have about 12 other revolvers all with no balance & PIF each month. For pre-approvals, my FICO was about 699-744. It has changed drastically since I just got hard inquires & approvals for Macy's Amex in store (4,400) & Walmart Mastercard online (2,200). My oldest account is a CapOne secured for four years, but other than that all my revolvers are less than a year old. Also got a share secured loan via Allaint to help my credit mix.

I'm assuming these were all SP for my pre-approval since I have not been notified by Credit Karma or Amex Credit Secure, but will update with results once my new accounts all report.

Does anyone have a tip to get the Jcrew pop up? I've tried various browsers and nothing. 

I got Express on Saturday for $500 and overstock on Friday for $250. 

edit: I got the popup for Venus-$250, The limited-$350 and Boscovs-$250.

No more for me!

I really want the Amazon store card (No SCT), if Overstock gives me the popup, should I have better odds for amazon card (not visa)?

I havent applied, waiting for TU to update a little more.

I'm not going to take the SCT on overstock, dont need it.

I couldnt help myself... I took their offer...

Overstock Approved for 6K...

I dont plan on using this except for a few small things and PIF.

It will just be nice to have the utilization assistance.

What is the update on the pulls?

Could never get the SCT to work for me on my main computer (my laptop) About a week ago I tried it out on my gaming computer and first attempt BAM got approved for PotteryBarn. I declined as I was just testing it out.  Two days later BAM got popup for SGV ( had been trying for a couple of months on  laptop no success declined it as well but I now have SCT remorse) Im 2 for 2 on gaming computer

I juat got a copy of my credit file from Equifax and saw that only PotteryBarn hit my Equifax. No listing that I saw for SGV.  My EQ score on the pull was 643 with a few old  baddies  ( 6+ years ) showing. Hope this helps

Any tips for the SCT?

I have tried on my laptop using safari and google chrome. Cleared the history etc. I go to the websites, sign up, put about 75-100 worth of items in the cart and try to check out and NOTHING.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a trick that helps the trick to work?

I am working towards rebuilding as my BK was discharged today. I dont want to input my full SSN for anything, I just want to use the last 4

I got the pop up by only putting $50-70 in the cart. I used safari and incognito mode on chrome. Some do require the full ssn but it's still a soft pull unless is a visa.

With the past five days, I was able to get the Express, New York and Company, Jessica London, LOFT and Ann Taylor to work. I only accepted two of them. I used Chrome in Incognito Mode. I added about $100 to the cart and as soon as I went to the payment page it popped up. Only New York and Company and Jessica London showed me what my CL was.

I was never able to get Brylanehome, Overstock, Sportsman's Guide, Boscov's or Wayfair to work. Sometimes it does take persistence.
