I was on the phone when you replied    Went through that to get the Amazon Rewards card too. She couldn't provide much information, but said it would be handled by the verification department and I would need to call them Monday (877-490-9042 for anyone interested). So I'm not sure what that means exactly, but last time that did result in an approval.
