Update: I called this am. Spoke with some in applications department and she confirmed that I was approved with $500 CL. Yaaayyyy!!! Card is in the mail soon. Pre Qual was right!!!

Their pre-qualifiying offers are pretty close to that of AMEX or Chase. My only question is why do they need full social compared to their past and other CC companies who just needed the last 4?

Capone pre qualy are very solid, if does said " congrats your are in..."  then your are good to go, they will approve you, also they rebuild cards are very helpfull and grow fast,
