This is a question that you should ask before you apply
That being said, the only problem I see is your utilization but the 30 days message most of the time is a good sign. Also, Chase does not hate you, as a financial institution (not a person) it does not have the ability to love/hate. When it comes to creditors you either meet their requirements or not.

Haha I know. I have applied for Chase 4 times in last 10 years... never had any luck...

Not to repeat everyone but that is my take also. Other than your higher than ideal utilization, you seem in good standing for that card.
Also, the 30 day message seems to usually end up as an approval. I got it for 6 days with my CSP before it was approved.
Thanks wanderingbuilder
Will post back my results.
Utilization is not that high. If you have never burn Chase, you are likely going to get approved. They have changed a few things where they are now calling customers themselves to verify them if it comes to that.
The 30 day although historically has had the signal of it being an approval, it can swing either way. So I will keep fingers crossed for you and update once you hear back.
Yes-Its-Me,
That's assuring. Thanks. I have never burned them or anyone else for that matter.

Then you are in a strong position to make the Marriot yours
.. I hope this helps as I applied for the business marriot card a few weeks ago. I got the message and then 2 days later, Chase called at night to verify and approved me whilst on the phone.
So there is strong hope.... Update with results.
