So....

I read the email from Synchrony about my Walmart denial, and it said my TU FICO is 424. I'm like no way yeah right, pulled a fresh report just in case. TU FICO score 669 still. I called to recon, mentioned the incorrect scoring, asked if they do some sort of internal scoring system, she said no, and that I would have to dispute the incorrect information with Transunion, WTH! And there was nothing else that she could do for me, does this sound right to you guys?

Thats their internal score. High end is just over 600 from what I can remember. In any case a computer denial cannot be overturned.
