Soft Inquiry Thread

I am looking to start a thread of credit cards or loan web sites that you can apply for and not have a hard inquiry on your report.  Can someone list some banks like this?

for the most part your list is going to be the "shopping cart trick" cards issued by Commenity I believe. The vast majority of issuers will require a hard inquiry of your credit to issue you a line of credit in any form.

The only one I know is NASA Federal Credit Union.

Boscov's is now issued by Comenity.

I don't believe the list will be too long. Most require HP, especially with approval. Even though that thread is older, it is still relevant at this point.
