The application approval says "If you'd like a different credit line, you can discuss your options with a Customer Service specialist by calling[..]". I shouldn't do this straight away, right?

Not going for Cap1, they don't ship cards overseas, I travel a lot so doesn't sound like my bank. (Chase and Discover however are very friendly for sending documents internationally.)

Amex & barclays are definitely an option, Citi has pretty poor customer service on most cards..

7-10 isn't promising...but stranger things have happened. But whatever you do DON'T CALL and leave it alone, yes.
