I’m guessing everyone else still has the CLI link under their account?
This thread got me curious and I just noticed that my CLI links are now gone. They’ve always been there even when ineligible for a CLI (after getting one less than 3 mos earlier).
Maybe it’s the current economic conditions or I just hit a high exposure limit with BofA, or both.
Mine's still there.
It's been about 8 months now from my last CLI and haven't asked since then. Got no more need for it.

Yep didn't notice but mine is gone too. Doesn't matter as I'm well over my comfortable limit with them. Wouldn't dare think to poke the bear anymore lol.

On second thought it's still there @Anonymous try clicking on see all transaction. Should take you to another screen and hopefully show the cli link there. I'm doing it using Chrome on my ultrabook btw. Not sure if that makes a difference.
@Anonymous wrote:I applied for the BoA Cash Rewards card back on 4/28/19 and my 1 year anniversary just came and gone. Yet, I still don't see this elusive *LUV* button everyone speaks of.
I understand the button only appears if your account qualifies for a CLI and I've read some older posts that suggests BoA tends to bucket certain cards they deem as higher risk. I guess they consider me to be amongst that group. So I waited past the 3-month, 6-month, and now 12-month mark. But still nothing.
I had a checking account with them at the time, but closed it last fall (6 months after I opened the card). I also had an auto loan with them (that was nearly 30% paid off, all on-time payments), but the car was totaled in a crash 2 months ago. So needless to say, I don't see the lack of a relationship being an issue.
Also, I mainly used it for restaurant purchases (putting a few hundred dollars on it per month), although I haven't done this recently because of COVID-19.
Any of you guys have an idea why I still can't see this CLI button? This is really frustrating me.
I started with a secured Cash Rewards card. It graduated after a year and I was able to get a CLI, sadly that was a 1 year and 1 month ago and I haven't been able to ask for another CLI... I'll just keep waiting, maybe one day...
I have two BofA credit cards so I've been monitoring my accounts closely for the past few days. My Cash Rewards card has a limit of $78,900 and I last received a CLI on 12/23/2019. My Premium Rewards card has a $21,000 limit and I've never asked for a CLI since it was opened in September 2019. So I was eligible for CLIs on both cards and for a while they both had the CLI request link. Then about two weeks ago the link disappeared from the Cash Rewards card but remained for the PR card. The statement for the PR card closed on 4/28 and up to yesterday the CLI link was still in the account; but I just checked and its no longer there so it was removed sometime overnight.
In my case I think their removal is tied to collection activity on my TU report. On January 30, 2020 two medical collections hit my TU and my score dropped 70 points. I paid the collections and the collection agency agreed to delete the collection activity from my report; and that was done on March 31, 2020. I'm guessing that BofA softpulled my TU and saw the score decrease and collections and decided that I couldn't get CLIs; although I wasn't planning on asking for one. But my credit limits are both still intact.
@Anonymous Seems like you have hit the proverbial CL max ($99,900) with BofA but hopefully I'm wrong.

@Anonymous Yes, $99,900 is the "usual" max but there are several people who have reported limits above that. Those individuals typically have substantial assets in Merrill Lynch/ Merrill Edge accounts and had to call in to a senior underwriter to get approval. I wasn't planning on asking for a CLI so I'm satisfied; I just thought it was odd that I had the CLI link in both accounts then over the course of two weeks or so it disappeared.
My BofA Cash Rewards is five months old yet I have the button to request a credit line increase. I find this interesting since data points suggest that your card has to be at least a year old before being eligible for a CLI. I plan to wait until my card is a year old before requesting one anyway.

That so? I hadn't read that. Can you add more details please?
