Hi, the SL was $15K so that's not the issue, I suspect it's because it is only 4.5 months, but let me see what the letter says.

Maybe I should have stated.... If you're AT or ABOVE 10K then you have to call.  Can't do it online;

Re: Sync Paypal CLI

Yep, PayPal cards can't go beyond $10K from the online tool. Gotta call Credit Solutions.

I did call (the number on the letter).   She put me on hold and did "something"  but don't know what.   I will see what the second letter says and next time call the number given here!

Thanks

Skip the letter and make sure your profile is unlocked and then just call and ask for 25K and be done with it.

When I called I asked for $30K.   I should call the other number?

Good info. Thank you.

Question: is this exclusive to Paypal or does this work for all/other Synch cards? I have several stuck at 10K.

Re: Sync Paypal CLI

It works for all Synch cards and if you're feeling bold you can ask about multiple accounts on the same call.

Re: Sync Paypal CLI

My SL was $10k. For the first 6 months or so, I got nothing but denials — a whole bunch of them. Reasons were, “insufficient experience at credit limit” and “amount requested exceeds what our policy allows for increases” or something along those lines. I had no idea that, apparently, the luv button had a $10k limit (for most profiles). As soon as I called CS, I was able to get a substantial CLI on it.
Then, I also remember asking one member about his CLI, and he said he was able to get it without calling. I think his limit was either $20k or $25k, but that seems to be a more rare occurrence.
