Very late followup!   Finally called with stuff unfrozen.  Asked for $30K, they gave $25K, would require W2 or tax forms for $30K.

ETA: or maybe not.   They may have wanted verification for $25K as well (it hasn't updated!)   Not going to bother.

Thanks for the update and congrats on the huge CLI @Anonymous. IIRC, the CLI should reflect within the hour if it doesn't display right away.
