I would say "insufficient use of your current credit limit" would be much clearer.
Nope. Sometimes it's true, but heavy ultilization of your credit limit is not a cause for CLI. I don't think I need to point you the evidence.
"Insufficent experience of your current credit limit" means you have not had that credit limit with that lender for very long (in your case, 5 months) and they would like to see how you handle a credit line for some time before they give out more to you. In general, lenders requires 6 months between CLI (as well as between account openning and first CLI).

"Credit solutions" listed in helpful threads above under backdoor numbersThank you..this people are hard for recon or maybe they won't approve two application within short time.
You CAN NOT recon a computer decline with Sync.
You can for sure get more than 1 account opened at same time... just depends on credit and which co-branded card you are applying for.
Read on another thread here this card and the Texaco Chevron (also Synchrony) aren't giving out CLI's at this time...to anyone. You might have received a legitimate reason but a lot of us are not. We get the standard "no increase available at this time"-type (or some other generic) response.

Oh yes, you can. I was declined for CLI with the automated line and with CSR for my PPEM Card in January. Called their analyst, was declined again. Got the letter, saw that the info was a few months old. Called them again, told them that things had since changed, the analyst soft pulled a new report, then congratulated me with my CLI.

they are not usually as frequent as my other Sync cards but I have gotten 3 or 4 CLI over the last 15-20 months on my 76 gas card... I dont' know of any Sync cards flat out not giving CLI's as a policy for all.

I was talking about new accounts not CLI (sorry if I read it wrong)

I think it's a temporary thing but a lot of people seem to be encountering this with these cards currently.
"insufficient experience" means it hasn't been a time long enough since your last CLI. Many creditors require at least 6 months between CLIs.

Try this number and post results-866-519-6441

My bad. I think it was me who read it wrong. I have no experience in that.
I didn't have any luck with getting a CLI using the LUV button on any of my Sync cards. Lots of denial letters, including the one that I received in the mail today.
After reading about the 866-519-6441 number, I tried it and received CLI on all 4 of my Sync cards, which includes my Chevron card.
