How forgiving is Synchrony and GE with regard to old, old charge offs (over 10 years)? I am interested in a Lowes card and don't want to dig up buried accounts. One Synchrony shows up on my TU report from 2003 and shows closed/paid.There are no collections on the report. There are two inquiries and the Credit Score is about 795 to 815. Would this qualify for a Lowes if Synchrony/GE will forgive and forget? Thanks
