Yep. I was under the impression that LexisNexis part of the report consisted of encyclopedia worth of personal information, whereas the SageStream part was specific to credit profile.
Does your SageStream part of the report show your account details and such? Mine shows NOTHING except for that ONE inquiry. Oh... and my name, phone number, address, and e-mail.
THAT was the reason why I was puzzled as to how a "credit score" can even be generated and how any kind of "reasoning behind their decisons" can be made based solely on SageStream alone. But now that I see the high probability of frozen "major" CRs impacting the data, when I feel is right to try again, I will give it a go.

Mine, too, has almost nothing in it.
I am done with Synchrony. And most surely, anyone that deals with SageStream, like Comenity, US Bank, etc.
I made all the relevant reports available by unfreezing them, and tried applying for Verizon VISA with Synchrony. The pre-qual offer spit out a 8K SL offer with so-so APR. Once I clicked "apply," it spit out another message with a reference number and a notice of 7-10 day letter in the mail. No alerts of any HPs. It is obvious they did not even HP, and most likely will result in the same bogus reasons or like the other time when I tried and got "high risk source of application" or some nonsense like that.
Now I realize there really IS a reason why so many in this community have a lot of negative things/experience to say about Synchrony and any other lenders that follow similar practices. Since US Bank and Comenity seem to follow similar practices, I am just not going to persue any relationship with them and risk needless time/effort/HP, as I am not that desperate for credit cards. I just have the 3 that I really want, and I plan to persue getting them one by one spaced out a year apart from each other.
