Anyone know whether, if I popped into a TD branch, they could advise me (prior to a hard pull) if I qualify for its Cash card?

As long as you bank with them, they should be able to let you know.

Also, I love the card (more than my amex BCE actually). Reward points are credited instantly, there is no minimum for withdrawal- statement credit, check, or transfer to bank account, and rewards don't expire.
I agree that the rewards are easier to access than BCE, but I'm pretty sure there is a $25 redemption minimum

Fuzzle: You might be right about that. Everytime I've redeemed it's been for over $50, so never paid much attention... but I seem to remember reading there was no minimum. I could certainly be mistaken and if so, my apologies for the inaccurate info.
