TJMAX MC ...applied, but I'm confused with response?

I applied for TJX and it gave me a message and Also sent me an immediate email saying thank you for applying for the TJX Mastercard (yay) ithe is pending, etc
It gave a number 1-877-890-3150, to call to proceed with my application. It also gave me a reference code.
I call and it is the # for the actual card. It took me 7 min to get a rep on the line because it kept asking me for my account number?
She had me on hold for a bit and said she didn't know why it asked me to call.
so she transfers me to another lady, who only asked me my name , b day and said, I have a prompt saying you'll receive mail In 7-10 days. Wth, am I approved or not? That's not the typical verification I've done with my other cards
And why did it give me the active accounts number to call?

I called. Very nice lady. She said that she couldn't tell me if I was approved or not because she had to send the application for further processing and I will get mail within the next 7 -10 days

Tu 726 EX 716 EQ 711 no baddies, never even a late. My TL is over $60,000 w/ 15 accounts I think.

Same thing kinda happened in Oct when I apped for Walmart MC. I just got a 7-10 day and then I saw it on my CR before I even got the card.
Fingers crossed I'm trying to outweigh my store cards with MC/Visa/Amex . Discover doesn't like me for some reason.

It might need to answer a couple of public record question to verify your ID. I think you are going to get approved. I post the Synchrony Bank verification no under the backdoor section. Give them a call tomorrow.
