Who pulls TU exclusively? I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I searched and couldn't find a clear answer.

Its all YMMV. Barclays pulled my Experian.
There may be multiple creditors that pull exclusively TU, but the only one I know of is Barclay. BoA pulls TU for CLIs.
