Is there any way to request a CLI with Target? I have been sitting at the same measly $500 limit for years. I opened the account back in 2006, no late payments, and it has a $0 balance right now.
I hear their CLI sucks, people have had theirs for years and when they asked for an increase they were denied. Good luck.

Call in to the number on the back of your card, inform them that you'd like to be considered for CLI and update your income information. Some members have reported success doing this.
Thanks! I'll try that and see what happens.

I did this... doubled my credit limit! From 200 to 400...
Everyone has reported a hard time with Target. But that has not been the case for me. They opened the card with a $300 CL. After 4 months they sent me a letter saying it was going to $800.

I would love to see the outcome , I have the same CL since 1997 ( one of my oldest credit card) I even reached out to the EO via certified mail and it was a No, basically, the letter say to close the old account and open a new one. I have seem people with higher CL lately , But no love for card members in the 90'S, I just use it for my 5% off and I pay the balance the same day in cash at the store...keep us posted if you get a CLI.
I called and gave my new income information. The rep said that I should be included in the monthly review. So, I'll just wait and see what happens.
