Target Redcard is a odd duck sometimes.

Target is TD Bank retail.   I believe that TD Bank is tightening their belts.   Recently I tried to obtain a CLI on my Nordstrom credit card and I was told that they are unable to proceed with my request as they no longer have the capabilities to do so.  🤷🏼‍♀️  That was about 2 weeks ago.
