Target Red CC App

I was notified (via creditkarma) that I have "very good" odds with being approved forTarget Red CC., However I am not allowed to bank with TD Bank (black balled) so should I just never apply for credit with Target unless they change their bank that backs their card?

I would never trust anything CK has to say. They will show you offers for cards that you may or may not be approved for. They make money based on the referral - irrespective of if your credit profile actually has a chance of being approved or not. CK is good for monitoring, nothing else. If you are black-listed by TD Bank and the Target Red card is backed by TD Bank, I would definitely not apply.
