Target Redcard pre qualify site

Is this site to pre qual fairly new?

I prequalified but the last time I had a redcard I got a $500 limit that never grew. Was hoping the prequal would offer a limit but no dice.

I doubt that you would be allowed to have a Store and a MC.   

You might be able to have one of the above and a debit Red card..

Is the PreQual site only for the store card?

I am prequalified but it just states for the RedCard Credit Card.

They have the debit card and the credit card. The credit card can be the store only version or the MasterCard version if you’re lucky.

So the prequal site just tells you that you are prequalified for one of the cards but not which one?

Target Financial allowed one to have two cards but I am not sure about TD bank.
