Unfortunately, no.

There's no SP SCT for the Target card. It's always a HP.

I agree with Finstar, its a hp to get the card. cli's are sp automatic only, you can not request a cli.

btw its a great card, 5 percent off on target purchases. even 5 percent off a the starbucks inside target.

Was reading your sig, didn't know Big Lots had a credit card.

Yes big lots has a card through comenity. i am waiting for my comenity mastercard to arrive and then i plan to close the big lots. i dont want multiple cards with lenders that close all your cards on a whim skyrocketing your util. once i receive the card i will close big lots and in a month or 2 ikea, they are both comenity.
