Re: Testing out some more random comenity SCT offers

I've never been able to get Eddie Bauer or Victoria's Secret to pop up, but I keep trying - especially for the latter of the two.

I'm preapproved for VS, but as a non-crossdressing male, it does me no good.

Hate to go for this (Serta) and get the "typical", so to speak, starting limit of $250 - $500 that Comenity store cards tend to give LOL.

Oh and Pizza GRATS on Nordstrom!! WOO!!

I don't know, I was able to get my overstock card pre-approved 5k.

And mine came off with a $4500 line that immediately raised to $4800. I had been wanting this darn card ever since i complained to Overstock CEO on Twitter that they needed a better lender then FNBO. Looks like i got my wish but everybody else got the card firstSmiley Indifferent

FYI, FNBO (First National Bank of Oklahoma) appoves the Mastercard Overstock card and Comenity approves the regular Overstock store card.

Smiley Very Happy +1

And for anyone's information i was already well aware of FNBO sponsoring with a MC who promptly shot down my chances on recon because 4 INQ's were too many for them, or so they said. Hence my rant to the Overstock CEO on Twitter who to my surprise took the concern very seriously and actually did something about it Smiley Very Happy

The MC card version application looks likes its
Inquiry sensitive lol. Just has a old school hard a** yet easy to fill out feel about it haha

Re: Testing out some more random comenity SCT offers

I never could get the Eddie Bauer one to pop up before... I thought it was like one of those Unicorn things like a white AMEX  After reading this thread, I gave it a shot for kicks

I think this is the first time I ever turned down a Commenity card, I just have too many new accounts right now.  Maybe in 3 months I'll try again and hit ACCEPT.  It was fun finally seeing this stupid pop-up show up though. Smiley Happy
