From the Discover free score site,
718 Fico
8 month AOA
1 inq
10% util
Accounts,
Banner Bank MC $1000 limit $150 balance
Macys $2000 limit $35.00 balance
Overstock $2900 limit $150.00 balance
Cap 1 QS1 $3000 limit $180.00 balance
My util should be a bit lower this month
I am looking to add a card that has better rewards or cash back
Should I apply for Discover It, AMEX BCE, Citi Costco or garden??
I have no plans for any major purchase in the next year so it is just risking the HP

From my experience, both the Discover it(Approved at 6 months current history) and American Express(I took the BCP at 6 months history[seconds before the Discover approval] and three months after initial denial[due to insufficient credit history]) are friendly toward "young"(I actually had my first accounts about 12 years ago, but avoided credit altogether for around a 10 year period so it essentially reset) credit file. Citi denied me about 3 months ago(11 months current oldest age, around 5 months current AAoA[both at the time]) for a Double Cash card, citing insufficent age of established credit as the sole determining reason.

I would get your utilization to less than 10% on one card and 0 on others. Then apply if you want to.
Total CL: $321.7k | UTL: 2% | AAoA: 7.0yrs | Baddies: 0 | Other: Lease, Loan, *No Mortgage, All Inq's from Jun '20 Car Shopping |

Not a bad idea to get the utilization down. Even if you didn't, I think you would be able to get one of those cards. I like the idea of Discover and Amex that k_m_m mentioned because they do grow very well for most.
Agreed! Not that I don't think you will be approved, but if you're planning an app you might as well optimize your FICO for the best approval.
Here is my update,
I waited and my utilization was 7% at the time of applying
Approved,
Discover IT $2500
Amex PRG
Amex BCP $10,000 limit (could not believe that SL)
Also my Cap one was increased CLI from $3k to $4k
I did also try for Penfed but they said my account history was too short
