Timing for Amex app after CH7?

I filed for CH7 4/12/2013. I’ve read many people say that timing is 5 years post file date + 1 month. So, would this mean I could technically try on 5/1 or would I need to wait until 5/12? I did burn Amex but I paid them back in full awhile back.

Did you try the prequal site?  In my experience it is reliable.  YMMV.
