To Recon SL Citi DC or Not

That's the question. Was approved for Citi DC with a $2k SL a couple of weeks ago and just recieved the card in the mail today and activated as well. I  know citi is very frugal with handing out SL so my question is.. Would it be a good time to try and recon my SL ? And would it be a soft or hard pull involved?

Congrats on your approval.  You can try to recon but it will be another hardpull.   With Citi, they like to see usage before giving out CLIs.

Citi is notorious for low SL's. If you have a HP to burn then go for it, but if not then I would just use the card frequently, PIF and in six months request a SP CLI.
