Too soon for CSP??

Just checked the Chase Prequal site and it seems a new card has appeared. The CSP card. Now, I am not even sure if I should pull the trigger on this. I know their prequals are good but I just got approved for my Freedom on June 14th and am not sure if this will result in the same hard pull or a new one. My credit history is pretty short..almost 5 months old and I have no derogs. My inquiries this year are somewhat high, for me. This year alone about 5 on TU and 6 each on EQ and EX. Oh what to do...what to do.

That's really nothing for inquires, how many new cards have you gotten in the past 2 years? Chase has a limit of 5 with their non co-branded cards

I have 4 new cards in the last 2 years. For now only 3 are reporting since my Freedom has not reported yet. My credit score is 728. I dont have a FICO score yet.
