Total Rewards Visa PreApproval disappeared-Help

Hi,

I went to the TR Visa site yesterday and after I entered my rewards number a page popped up saying I was pre-approved. The screen was not enlarged to full size for me to see the entire message so when I enlarged it the screen went away.

Any suggestions on how I get it to show again?

I'm hoping to get back to my beloved Vegas at some point late summer.

Give it some time and perhaps try a different browser.  Perhaps replicate the same actions/steps that you did while it popped-up the first time?  It may take a few tries 😬.  Some individuals have had successs by clearing cookies/cache/browsing history.

Great tip; didn't think of clearing browing history and cookies.
