Tried Discover CLI Double-Dip, but got automated guy?

I got a CLI of $3000 today on my discover card, I tried to do the Discover Double Dip, but couldn't find the number. I called the 800 line, 1-800-347-2683 and got automated guy, asked to talk to credit specialist, then keyword, "Credit Limit Increase" and the automated guy said sorry. Is this how it goes or was I suppose to call some sort of secret recon line?

Maybe hes related to Robo Lady?

I wouldnt expect a DD with that cli but doesnt hurt to try. Usually you just call the number on your card. There is no secret number  to get special treats unless they put you in touch with your doppelganger

I did it from the Discover App on my phone.  Maybe try it again, idk?

yea I got the CLI from mobile, I think the LUV button is back on there, but I wouldn't push it as I've already gotten a CLI via Mobile and already failed to get one on phone. I think people with a higher monthly spend probably have a higher chance. I didn't put that much monthly spend on it as I had in the past and I think I just used it a bit more often because of the 5% catagory.
