I've gotten that message the last two times I tried.

Tried on all my cards that are SP and not one cli.

Figured Christmas might be good maybe.

Does Discover use your TU score that it updated on your statement for increase? Or do they just pull a soft. If this makes sense.

I don't know for sure, but I think it's a soft pull of what you see on your most recent statement. The increase I requested and received on the 6th of this month, was only a few days after my statement became available (the 3rd). TU was at 750 - a sizeable jump from having PIFed the previous month - one of the reasons I tried for an increase (as well as from what I've read on these forums).
