Has anyone requested a CLI for a Truist card? What was the process? Was it a soft pull or hard pull? Thanks!
Any customer-inititated CLI requests are HP. Account needs to be eligible + you have to call to request them.
I am preparing to call Truist to request my first increase once my account reaches 6 months. Has anyone on here been granted a increase with Truist after calling in? How much was the increase? I have found no information on Truist CLI approved requests so I may have to be the first to report the results.
In the mean time if anyone has any CLI approval success with Truist please share.

@user979797 , my experience with truist cli process was positive.
12/11/20 BB&T Bright SL $6,500
12/12/21 Truist 1st CLI attempt, request not processed, CSR cited tech difficulties. Decided to wait a few months and try again.
4/20/22 2nd CLI attempt, asked how much I wanted, req'd CL $15k (or counter).
4/21/22 Checked online, Approved CLI +$8.5k, CL $15k. Can confirm it was an EQ-5 HP.

*ETA correction, CLI was a HP.
i called in at 6 months. was informed it was a HP & that i was not eligible because CLI requests require new accounts to be 1 year old. the rep said that CLI's are customer initiated and are not automatic by the bank.
