Secondly...BK7 and BK13 are treated a little differently, and even though they were IIB, but paid back, they still look at it is as "they got burned". Since they wont even pull your credit (EXP btw), youre on their BL. The only thing you can do now is every now and then apply for the card you want and see if you get pulled, if you do you'll either instant approval, or a denial letter which you can recon if it says BK for reason. good luck to you!!
