Two Chase Applications Back To Back??

I just got instantly approved for the Chase AARP card today. I tried to search through the posts but I could not find an answer...so if anyone knows...

If I apply again for a Chase co-branded card will they use the same hard pull?

Should I apply again today or wait a day or two?

Or is it all a total hit or miss with Chase if they will do another hard pull or not...meaning sometimes they do and sometimes they dont?

If anyone has recent experiences with two Chase apps back to back..please let me know if you got another pull or not.

Hi!  I have applied for 2 chase co-branded cards back to back twice and it was from the same pull.  But I did it minutes apart.

I got my Ritz and Hyatt on one pull, about 12 hours apart.

I applied for SW Premier (my first Chase card) and they double pulled EX and EQ. Shortly thereafter I applied for Hyatt and they used the same pull(s). Approved for both.

I applied for Sapphire Preferred on the 14th and Freedom on the 19th and they did one pull, Experian, for both cards. I'm In Texas if that helps

Yes it's one hard pull if done on the same day. They will usually pull 2 and a farclay pull will show up a few days later.

I applied for the Marriott rewards on 2/28 and then CSP on 3/4 and they used the same 2 pulls (EQ and EX)

I apped for Marriott and they pulled EQ.. got approved and 3 hrs later I apped for the Disney card and got also approved but they pulled EX for it. Its all worth it both pulls and for the approvals

YES! I just confirmed with Chase that they will use the Same HP within 30 days. I just got approved for the Amazon.com Visa card with $4k.

I previously in the week was approved for the Freedom with $4k and the Slate with $3.2k.

They pulled Equifax and used the same report for approvals on all 3. I confirmed it with the verifications team. Beisdes there is only 1 Chase INQ on my EQ.

I'm just wondering if I should just try for the CSP and complete a Quad bundle!

I would advise against another Chase app within 30 days of getting two new cards. In my experience, they don't like apps for more than two cards in the same 30-day period. You might get denied for no other reason than "Too many applications for credit or new accounts with us..."

Also, remember CSP is also a UR card like the Freedom, so the 5/24 rule applies. Make sure you haven't opened five or more new credit card accounts within the past 24 months...
