I would advise against another Chase app within 30 days of getting two new cards. In my experience, they don't like apps for more than two cards in the same 30-day period. You might get denied for no other reason than "Too many applications for credit or new accounts with us..."
Also, remember CSP is also a UR card like the Freedom, so the 5/24 rule applies. Make sure you haven't opened five or more new credit card accounts within the past 24 months...
Yeah they [initially] denied me the Freedom when I apped for Slate then Freedom back to back. After waiting near 30 days to see if the 7-10 message would change, I finally called Lending & talked to them, and they said I was specifically denied the Freedom for back to back apps. I wound up getting the Freedom after talking to them, and then Pc'd my Slate to the FU since NFCU's BT is way better right now, so it all worked out, but I wont be apping back to back like that with them again, lol.
Well to update....Orginally I was auto approved for $15k on AARP...and after posting the question above, I decided to app for the United card. They didnt pull my report again..thank God...but when I called the automated line she said "it is under review and we will let you know in approx 2 weeks" and said that until today...
Now she said "it is under review and we will let you know in 7-10 days" 
My partner, who has worse scores than I do, apped for the AARP and was instantly approved for $9k and then apped for the Amazon card...and got his approval email today of $5k.
So I am assuming my United got declined...maybe its a verification issue....I will just wait for the letter and see what it says and hope for the best!
