UMB Simply Rewards chances

I wonder what is the difference to get "Your application has been received and you will hear from us shortly" instead of "Please allow two weeks for the processing of your application" which I have met here repeatedly. I hope that they just changed the wording.

yes everyone in US can apply, but only those who are in their service area will get approved (if one profile can support it).

even Texas is in their list, but they claimed only service in Dallas area

I called them today and the CSR told me that it seemed that I was approved yesterday! I asked about SUB and after 5-min hold I was told that I participated in the SUB program even if I applied through other affiliates.
