The rep said that they cannot do expedite shipment for the first card. Therefore, with a high probability and if get approved, I cannot get it before weekend. I will call again tomorrow and check with another rep (the operator during the application submission was saying that expedite shipment is feasible).

Just for a DP, when I applied and was approved on 4/30 for the Altitude Go, it took over 2 weeks to receive the card. It came in the mail on May 17th or 18th. It was actually after my first statement had cut.
At the end of the 3rd business day, they called to verify whether I submitted the application and the status got updated to approved in the next day.
It will take up to 10 business days to receive the card (the expedite shipment is available at ~20$).
