My mom applied for the US Bank Altitude Connect on Sunday 12/3, today is the 4th business day. Her scores are 740 across the board. She hasn't received an email requesting any additional information. Is this normal processing time?
Not unheard of by any means she can either call UW or wait for an approval email or a letter stating denial or asking for more information. If you want to speed it up call US Bank UW and if verification or something might be able to push it along

Yeah, unforunately this is common with them especially depending on the card applied for from anecdotal evidence of other user's experiences (particularly true of business cards when I have applied with them). I imagine especially during this time of the year with people wanting to apply for credit to put holiday spending on cards to either take advantage of a promo APR offer or rewards can lengthen times. Typically by this time you can try calling their UW department and see if there is anything you can do to push the app through or just wait it out til an actual person reviews the application
