I apped for the US Bank Cash+ as they are currently offereing $100 for spending $500 in 90 days. I got a 7-10 day message, do they review APP's manually or is it automatic? Or is there something that may set them off? I have 100% on time payment, over my 2 years of credit history also my scores are in my SIG.

If you received the 7-10 day message, then manual review. There are automatic approvals for this card though. It just depends on what flagged the manual review exception.
When I applied for mine at the branch it took a couple days. It went to manual review due to address. The banker called me to let me know it was approved after they sorted out the issue. I suppose you could contact them to determine if they need additional information by searcing for the US Bank u/w # on the backdoor number sticky thread.

As I knew, they did do automatic approvals. Have they changed?
I just called in, I clarified my income and housing situation. She was saying it was going through review still and she thought the reason was for low reported income. Im thinking that may be the issue as with Amex I was able to also report my assets like stocks and 401k's, thats the reason I may have had a chance with them. I will have to wait 2 more days before calling back or wait for the letter to come in the mail.

Sounds like it's progressing in the right direction. I'd give them a shout in a couple days to see where it stands.

Hopefully your right, it may have been me hearing things but it sounded like something about low income. But me being a part time worker and college student, its no better than telling me the sky is blue.
