US Bank adds CLI requests via app and online?

I got a call from US Bank today.  They want me to get the most out of my card, and they noticed I hadn't activated it yet.   And there I thought I had since charges are showing on the account!

Press 1 to activate, press 2 for (I forget), press 3 if you have already activated the card.

I pressed three and the call dropped.   Guess they have allowed for their being wrong!

I requested one online the other day for my platinum and they doubled the limit to 7k I thought nice! A little bit later I got greedy and asked for one on my cash+ got popped with a hp and our underwriting team is already on the case. Probably a denial for the cash+

I saw it appear yesterday in my account (I bank with them).  $500 SP increase on my nearly dormant Cash+.  Yay?
