Re: US Bank online CLI request a hard pull?

LMAO, no you don't want to really be like me when you grow up @fullstackdev, but thank you. Too many miles & heartaches - you deserve better!

But seriously:

1. I only shared here because of the chance to contribute back some current datapoints for USBank CLIs.  I don't post my successes in Approvals.

2. All of my modern card strategy I learned in just the past few years right here at myFICO (as stated in my signature below). So you can be 'like me' in that sense; just keep on following these boards...

Personal TCL ~$400k [Goals Met: 1+ Card with each of the Top 10+ (US) Personal Issuers; $0 Fees; Recurring 0% BT Offers; Team Cashback]:

Business TCL ~$100k [Goals Met: 2 Cards with each of the Top 3 (US) Business Issuers; $0 Annual Fees; Team Cashback]:

* Began in 1984 w/ Amex Gold Personal + Diners Club Corporate in 1990s. Just these 2 for years. Very little FICO knowledge until CARD Act (2010).
* Note: I have history w/ many lenders; so not always 'internally new to them' even though CRAs show 'new' AAoA. I don't track my Business CRAs.

Re: US Bank online CLI request a hard pull?

Congrats on the CLI! US Bank just not working for me. Closed 2 accounts recently due to low SLs and CLIs - then today in the mail, 2 CC solicitations. No thanks US Bank.

Re: US Bank online CLI request a hard pull?

They sent me a solicitation with code as well.  After all this Unfreeze/HP drama for a silly CLI after being in the garden 13 months, I suspect I am not yet on their internal score happy-list.  Time will tell.

Side note: Besides BoA at 7 months, US Bank are the only big banks I know who offer true 12 month Business BT cards, with the 18 month CCB card through their Elan subsidiary: https://www.mycardapply.com/synindex/product?ecdma-lc=31466&ecid=OTHE_25940&offertype=121

Re: US Bank online CLI request a hard pull?

Past 3 CLIs from USBank for me was SP. That was in between 2 cards. My last CLS was from 20K to 25K so not that high limit, but I did put good amount of usage on them.

You're not using a VPN are you? I was unable to access the TU site while using one.

Also, stupid US Bank did a hard pull when I increased my deposit on a silly secured credit card!  I originally funded a secured Altitude Go card with $300 then decided to raise it to $1000 and they did a hard pull for that LOL
