OP, it's a long shot, but the new accounts will definitely be a hurdle to overcome during reconsideration. As mentioned by others, you can try, but don't get your hopes up.
Best of luck OP! I went on an app spree the beginning of May 5 approvals then apped Cash+ with mailer and was shot down for too many new accounts/inquiries. Reconned twice both were solid NO. I was told by both specialists that profile looked great and to reapply in 6-12 months when my other accounts have aged.
